❓ Ordering & Payment

Q1. How do I place an order?
A. Visit our Shop / All Products page, add your desired items to the cart, and complete the checkout process.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal is coming soon.

Q3. Is my payment secure?
A. Yes. Our store is secured by Shopify, and we use encryption to protect your personal and payment data.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Q4. How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer FREE Fast Shipping on all orders! Order processing (Processing Time) usually takes 1-3 Business Days. After processing, shipping generally takes Typically 5-12 Business Days. This is due to our dropshipping model. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Q5. Can I track my order?
A. Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to check the status of your delivery.

Q6. Why isn't my tracking information updating?
A. It can take 2-5 days for the tracking number to become active and for the information to update. If you don't see an update after 5 days, please contact us.

Q7. What if I order multiple items?
A. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will not incur any extra shipping charges for this.

Q8. Can I return a product?
A. Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging, as per our Refund Policy.

Q9. When will I get my refund?
A. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 days. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

Q10. What items are non-refundable?
In accordance with our policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind (Buyer's Remorse), incorrect size/item ordered by the customer, or undeliverable addresses. Refunds are only processed for damaged or incorrect items verified by our support team.
