Conditions for Return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us at support@bs-shop96.store with photos. We will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will fix it immediately.

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind. However, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Shipping Fees:

  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@bs-shop96.store. We will provide you with the specific return address from our supplier. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
