It doesn't fit well to the shape of the face, I don't have a big nose or a special face but it hurts the nose and not all vibrating sensors touch the face. They should add a pad or similar for a good fit. The return process was very satisfactory.

No massage possible because the slot for the nose is very poorly made. Unusable for me.
